AI help for Gila Valley small businesses
Get your evenings back. Your own AI assistant, set up by a neighbor.
I set up an AI assistant (your own Grok Bot) for your business, teach you how to use it, and hand it your email, reminders, and office chores, so you can spend more time on the work that pays. Plain English, no tech degree needed.
- Local to Safford, Thatcher & Pima
- Hands-on AI automation experience
- Runs about 40 AI assistants himself
- Fixed price, no surprises
- You approve before anything is sent
Free, no obligation
Start with a free 20-minute AI check-up
A quick, plain-English look at how your week actually runs, at your shop, by phone, or over video. No pitch deck, no jargon.
- We walk through where your hours go: email, quotes, follow-ups, scheduling, paperwork
- I point out the two or three chores an AI assistant could handle first
- You get a short written list of those ideas by email, yours to keep whether or not you hire me
- If AI isn't a good fit for your business yet, I'll tell you straight
How to book: send a quick email with your business name and the chore that bugs you most. I'll reply to set a time.
Email to book my free check-upTakes about a minute. The email opens pre-filled with four quick questions.
What it does
What your assistant can take off your plate
Everyday chores that pile up in every small business. We start with the one that bugs you most.
Inbox triage
Sorts your email each morning, drafts replies for you to approve, and flags what actually needs you.
Reminders & follow-ups
Nudges you about quotes to chase, invoices to send, and customers to call back.
Calendar & scheduling
Finds open times, keeps your week organized, and preps a daily rundown.
Reviews & social posts
Drafts Facebook posts and Google review thank-yous in your voice.
Who it's for
Built for busy owners who'd rather be working than typing
I'm starting with two kinds of Gila Valley businesses where the office work never stops.
Trades & contractors
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, landscapers, and builders.
- Reply to new job requests quickly, even from the truck
- Track quotes and nudge you to follow up
- Keep the schedule and supply list straight
- Draft invoices and payment reminders for you to send
Real estate
Agents, brokers, and property managers.
- Organize new leads and draft first replies
- Keep showings, closings, and deadlines on the calendar
- Draft listing descriptions and social posts
- Summarize long email threads so nothing slips
Run a different kind of shop? If you have an inbox and a to-do list, there's probably something we can take off your plate. Ask on the free check-up.
What it could look like
A day with your assistant
Two example days showing the kind of work an assistant can take on. These are made-up scenarios, not client stories. Yours gets shaped around how you already work.
A plumbing or HVAC shop
- 6:30 amA short morning rundown lands in your inbox: today's jobs, two new requests from overnight, and one quote that's been sitting for a week.
- 7:15 amDraft replies to the new requests are waiting. You tweak one word from the truck and hit send.
- NoonA reminder pops up: "Follow up with the Thatcher water-heater quote?" with a friendly follow-up already drafted.
- 4:30 pmFinished jobs get invoice drafts and a payment-reminder email for you to review.
- EveningA thank-you reply to your newest Google review is drafted in your voice. You're home for dinner.
A real estate agent
- 7:00 amYour day at a glance: two showings, an inspection deadline, and three new leads sorted by what they asked about.
- 8:00 amA first reply to each new lead is drafted and waiting for your OK, so nobody waits until tonight.
- 11:00 amA 40-message email thread with a lender and title company gets boiled down to the three things you need to do.
- 2:00 pmNotes from a walkthrough become a first-draft listing description and a Facebook post for you to edit.
- FridayA reminder lists every closing date and contingency coming up next week.
Time-back calculator
How much time could you get back?
Plug in your own numbers. It's a rough, back-of-the-napkin estimate, not a promise. We can go over real numbers together on the free check-up.
Services & pricing
Simple, fixed pricing
No contracts, no hidden fees. You own your accounts and everything we build. Your assistant's subscription is paid directly to the provider, and we go over it on the free check-up.

Doing it yourself vs. doing it with me
| Topic | Figuring out AI on your own | With Gila Valley AI |
|---|---|---|
| Getting set up | Evenings of trial and error, videos, and sign-up screens | Set up with you, at your shop or over video |
| What to automate | Guessing which tools and tasks are worth it | We pick the 2 or 3 chores that eat your week |
| Connected to your work | A chat window you copy and paste into | Hooked up to your email and calendar |

A good fit if…
- You (or your office person) spend hours a week on email and follow-ups
- Quotes, leads, or reminders sometimes slip through the cracks
- You'd like help with AI without becoming a "tech person"
Probably not a fit if…
- You already have an IT team running AI tools you're happy with
- You need custom software built from scratch
- You want something that runs your business with no review from you
My promise to you: if our first session doesn't feel useful, tell me. I'd rather hear it right away and figure out together how to make it worth your time, or call it there.
How it works
Four simple steps
At your shop or over a video call, whatever's easier for you.
- Free AI check-up
20 minutes to find the two or three chores eating your week.
- Set up
Your own assistant, on your own account, connected to your email and calendar.
- Teach
Hands-on lessons so you and your staff are comfortable using it.
- Check in
A 2-week follow-up to tune it, plus optional monthly help.
Privacy & control
Your business, your data, your call
Handing an assistant your inbox is a big deal. Here's how I set things up so you stay in charge.
Your accounts, your keys
Everything runs on accounts in your name. You hold the passwords, and you can change them or shut the assistant off at any time.
You approve first
We start with the assistant drafting and you approving. It only does things on its own that you've said it can.
Only what it needs
We decide together what it can see. My advice: keep sensitive records like Social Security numbers and bank logins out of it.
No lock-in
No contracts. What we build stays with you, and I'll show you how it works so you're never stuck needing me.

About Clifton
Hi, I'm Clifton McNeill
I live and work here in the Gila Valley, and I build and run AI assistants every day. Right now about 40 of them handle reminders, scheduling, email, research, and writing for my own businesses and projects. I know how to turn a messy, repetitive process into something an AI handles reliably, and I've already made the mistakes, so you don't have to.
I keep things simple, honest, and private. You own your accounts, and you can say no to anything.
Questions
Common questions
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send an email or a text, you can use your assistant. I teach in plain English and leave you with simple written notes.
Will it send emails without me knowing?
Only if you want it to. Most owners start with the assistant drafting replies for them to read and approve. You decide what it can do on its own.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Your assistant is set up on your own accounts, and you can change passwords or shut it off at any time.
Are there other costs besides your fee?
Your assistant runs on a subscription you pay directly to the provider. We'll go over current plans on the free check-up so there are no surprises.
What happens on the free AI check-up?
About 20 minutes of talking through how your week runs. I'll point out the chores an assistant could take first, then send you a short list by email. No pressure to buy anything.
What if AI isn't worth it for my business?
Then I'll say so on the check-up. Not every business needs this right now, and I'd rather be honest than sell you something you won't use.
Will it replace my office staff?
That's not the goal. It takes the copy-and-paste, reminder, and first-draft work off their plate so they can spend more time on customers.
Do you come to us?
Yes, anywhere in Safford, Thatcher, Pima, and the surrounding area. Video calls work too.
